To whom it may concern:

Postal districts are defined by density and geography. They are designed so that mail carriers have a reasonable number of addresses, people, and area to cover. Rather than allow politicians any part in choosing who draws districts, they should be entirely removed from the process. USPS doesn't care - or didn't care - about who, just how many and how difficult the landscape.
